You will be provided with a PDF workbook and will have three months to complete the program at your leisure. After completion of each module we will meet via phone or virtually for a 30-minute session to dive further into the big ideas and discuss any questions you may have.
Five 90-min weekly meetings in a group setting. Immerse yourself in a community of like-minded individuals for peer support and guidance. PDF workbook provided.
