Self-led protocol

Best for the mama who is self-motivated and ready to shift habits.

This self-led protocol is a comprehensive blueprint that covers the five most important categories of holistic living: breath, water, digestion, food, and non-toxic living.

The program is set up for a period of three months, so you will focus on each topic for 2-3 weeks. For each category, I provide you with clear directions, action steps, and goals so you can feel a shift within your body.

With this comprehensive protocol, you'll learn how to manage your stress for hormone balance and weight loss, how to properly hydrate (with notes on water filters, plastics, and sparkling water), how to improve your diet by understanding macronutrients and meal planning, how to improve digestion with simple daily shifts, and lastly, how to create a non-toxic home to lessen your overall toxic burden.

There will also be an additional 1-sheet of individualized suggestions based on your current lifestyle and health presentation.

There is an option of adding on a 60-min virtual consult.

3-month program

Best for the mama who has tried all of the diets, struggles with cooking, and needs extra guidance & support on this journey.

This 3-month program provides ample time to implement, practice, and tweak the holistic and individualized protocol provided. In our time together, you’ll learn how to nourish your body with the nutrient-dense whole foods that are right for your body, meal plan, manage your stress, prioritize self-care, incorporate regular movement, and create a non-toxic environment. 

Included is a 90-minute comprehensive initial consultation, followed by five 30-minute follow-ups where you will continue to receive personalized nutrition guidance and lifestyle support, as well as continued text/email support in between appointments. 20% off all supplements through Fullscript.

Throughout this 6-week program, we will explore your current health concerns and prioritize where you need the most support, both systemically and habitually.
